Marketplace status
WinSpotSocial is currently a preview. Demo listings are display-only; the platform does not accept payments, reserve spots, select winners, or arrange seller payouts.
Future terms
Before launch, these terms must address user eligibility, marketplace conduct, seller obligations, listing restrictions, transaction policies, disputes, privacy, intellectual property, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Compliance
Any feature involving paid participation, prizes, random selection, or regulated financial activity must remain disabled unless and until counsel and applicable providers approve the final architecture.
